DUCKWORTHS ESTATE AGENTS - The story so far...

The name Duckworths has been synonymous with providing a quality Estate Agency service to the local area for many years. Originally established in 1899, the Company has been through many transitions including joining forces with another famous name in Estate Agency, Entwistle Green during the late 70's before being taken over by Black Horse Agencies in the mid 80's and then Bradford & Bingley in the 90's, coming round full circle back to Duckworths in the new millennium.

Still trading from it's original office at number 7 St James Street, the new Duckworths team led by Colin Bury, himself a familiar face in the area, will continue to maintain the tradition of sharing our experience whilst focusing on the needs of our client's in today's fast moving market. Our services are designed to offer complete flexibility in order to provide clients with an individual Estate Agency package to meet their own individual requirements. From market assessment, through to advice on Marketing, Lettings and Management, Survey Valuation, Conveyancing, Relocation, Property Portfolio Management and Land and New Homes. Our staff are available 7 days a week to assist with any information required. We can also, for those with limited day time availability, arrange a mutually convenient appointment to discuss any of these matters.
