This Company carries out building contracts for a variety of public, corporate and private Clients.
Throughout almost 30 years of trading, work has been carried out in virtually every sector such as housing, health, leisure, industrial, education, retail, office and commercial. All types of construction are undertaken such as new build, refurbishment, conversion, timber framed, steel framed and multi storey etc.
The bulk of contracting output is currently housing projects on a design and build basis for a small number of North West based Housing Associations such as West Pennine, New Charter Housing Association Limited, Arcon Housing Association Limited and PfP Developments Limited. Output is currently c.200 dwellings per annum. A very significant part of this output is in work done on a partnering basis.

This company carries out private housing development and at any one time six or so sites will be ongoing of varying sizes. Currently our smallest site has 10 plots and our largest 100 plots.
In recent years, in addition to new building, Mill refurbishment/conversion has been a significant part of turnover with schemes at Alexandra Mill, Uppermill, Buckley Mill, Uppermill (shops and apartments) and 113 Newton Street, Manchester successfully completed.
Numerous sites have been undertaken in Saddleworth where developments have to be done in natural materials (i.e. stone or slate) to reflect the conservation area status of the localities being built in.
