The Letting Agency was formerly The Property Centre, which was established in 1997 when Hiltons Estate Agents was purchased by the current owner.
The Property Centre originally promoted property sales as well as lettings and management.
In 2005/2006 our Lettings and Management department became our core business. The decision was then taken during the latter end of 2006, to concentrate purely on lettings and management and it was later felt that the name of the business no longer reflected these changes. In May 2007 the name of the business was changed to The Letting Agency.
Our office is situated on Warrington Street in the heart of Ashton under Lyne.
