Castle Estates is a well respected and long established force in the residential properly management market. Since 1979 Castle Estates has catered for recognised need within the business and private rented sectors for professional property management and relocation services.

The National Network is co-ordinated from our Head Office at Milton Keynes, and there are currently over 50 offices spread throughout the U.K. and Ireland.

Since its formation Castle Estates has always endeavoured to maintain the highest ethical and commercial standards, and these are reflected in the trust and responsibility invested in us by our customers. All of our wholly owned offices are also members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NALS (National Approved Lettings Scheme) the two leading self-regulatory bodies overseeing the lettings industry.

Our principal business is property management, but we also offer many ancillary services including block management and above all a specially tailored service for any Corporate Clients whose business we handle and which provides top quality tenant find, maintenance and full management facility for Landlords with portfolios. Many of these clients are blue chip multinationals and the fact they instruct Castle Estates to handle their business should be of further comfort to private Landlords.

Although aimed mainly at the Corporate sector this facility can also be made available to private Landlords with portfolios large enough to benefit from dealing direct with our Corporate Centre based at Head Office.

However the majority of the properties we manage are owned by private clients with an interest in one or perhaps two properties who live elsewhere in the U.K., or reside overseas on a temporary or permanent basis.
