We are an experienced and established company delivering property services to banks and corporate agents throughout the UK. We have decided to launch a local lettings service so you can benefit from our expertise and pricing structure.
Our Wilmslow based call centre operates with 19 members of staff and our Lettings Managers are accredited with the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the Industry Standard approval scheme. In addition our Managers have over ten years experience of the local lettings market. We deliver a first class and courteous service to both Landlords and Tenants.
All landlords and tenants have access to state of the art property software which includes a free members online area where you can view our updates on your property and download documents such as contracts and safety reports.
